Pick up your e-tickets with your membership card
When you make your booking, simply choose to collect your tickets at the Eurostar terminals and you can use your membership card to pick up your tickets at our e-ticket machines in Paris and London*.

Priority
No more taxi queues for you
Take advantage of our pre-bookable car service for arrival at St Pancras International, Brussels-Midi/Zuid, Ebbsfleet International, Ashford International and Paris Gare du Nord and count on a smooth onward journey to your final destination.
Pop into the business lounges or stop off at the Information desk at Ashford, flash your card to a member of staff and they will happily hand you the appropriate voucher to hand to your driver when you arrive at your destination.
The driver will greet you with a name card at arrivals, or outside at the drop-off area at Ebbsfleet International.
Payment is according to the zone you are travelling to. Click here to see an idea of charges.
As part of this service, members will be contacted directly from the driver by SMS, detailing the location and registration number of the vehicle. We also help our travellers lower their impact on the environment as our supplier uses hybrid cars and will double offset any CO2 emissions from a journey with them.
