Travelling from Brussels-Midi/Zuid to Amsterdam Schiphol Airport
You’ll receive a check-in email around 30 hours before departure. Once check-in is complete, you’ll get a check-in confirmation document. This document cannot be used for boarding the train.
On the day of departure, customers must pick up their train and flight boarding passes at the Air France-KLM Air&Rail Terminal located inside Brussels-Midi/Zuid.
A boarding pass from KLM is mandatory to board Eurostar trains and needs to be presented to the Train Manager.
Travelling from Antwerpen-Centraal to Amsterdam Schiphol Airport
You’ll receive a check-in email around 30 hours before departure. Once online check-in is completed, you’ll get your digital boarding passes for both the train and flight journey.

2. If you’re flying with another airline:
You can check in online to receive your tickets as early as 72 hours before the train's departure. To do this, you will need your PNR code or the number of your electronic plane ticket.
Please keep your train ticket safe – you will need it to open the gates at Schiphol Airport Station.
Why a combined train and plane ticket is the best option for you
Manage your booking
Sometimes plans can change and that’s okay. For your AirRail journey with KLM, if you need to change your flight and train itinerary please contact the airline directly.
If your journey is with any other airline, your Eurostar journey will also be changed when you make changes to your flight times.
A quick getaway
Get home or away in record time with our high-speed trains and catch up on everything you missed in the air with free Wifi on board.
Premium service
If you fly in First or Business class, you’ll automatically get a seat in our Eurostar Premier coaches. That means a complimentary meal served at your seat. You also have free access to our Eurostar Premier Lounge at Brussels-Midi/Zuid.
More luggage
Eurostar’s generous luggage allowance allows you to bring up to three suitcases and one piece of hand luggage on the train (unfortunately our friends in the air aren’t always as generous, so please check your flight details to avoid disappointment).

In the case of delays/cancellations, the following conditions of travel are in place:
- The conditions of travel are always according to the carrier (rail/air) you’re travelling with.
- In the case of delay and missed connections when a ticket including two sectors is issued, the liability is always on the delaying carrier. However, in AccessRail agreements with airlines, the airlines are requested to rebook the passenger on the next available flight without any cost.
- Requests for refunds must be initiated at the point of sale.
Air:
- If your train arrives at the airport later than scheduled but you are still able to catch your flight, you are not entitled to compensation for the delay.

We get it, luggage restrictions are a pain. That’s why your AirRail ticket allows you to take up to three suitcases and one piece of hand luggage on Eurostar trains. However, your airline might not be so generous – please check the conditions of your flight ticket before setting off.
Eurostar accepts no responsibility in the event of theft, loss, or damage to your luggage during your train journey and you are solely responsible for the transport of your luggage between the train station and the airport.
If your luggage exceeds the AirRail allowance, the Train Manager may charge you €30 per piece of additional luggage or refuse to allow the excess luggage on board the train.
