  • By using the Eurostar 2 FOR 1 offer (the ‘Offer’), you declare that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions.
  • The Offer is only available to adults (and members of their family) travelling from France, the Netherlands, Belgium or Germany to the UK. You are not eligible to use the Offer in the country where you are normally a resident.
  • The Offer will be made available to: i) all Eurostar passengers upon presentation of a Valid Eurostar Ticket (as defined below) and a valid passport; and ii) all Eurostar employees upon presentation of a current Eurostar staff pass. (When visiting the Tate Britain or Tate Modern it will not be necessary to present a valid passport in order to redeem the Offer.)
  • A ‘Valid Eurostar Ticket’ means an outbound Eurostar ticket from mainland Europe to London. The ticket can be in the form of a paper ticket, a ‘print at home’ ticket, a manual boarding pass, a mobile e-ticket generated by the Eurostar app or any other new method of ticketing introduced by Eurostar.
  • The Museum shall stamp the Valid Eurostar Ticket upon redemption of the Offer and return such ticket to the passenger. (This shall not apply at the following venues: Tate Britain, Tate Modern and the Design Museum.)
  • Only one of the two passengers needs to be in possession of a Valid Eurostar Ticket, or a Eurostar staff pass in order to redeem the Offer.
  • The Offer is available at the venues listed on the Eurostar 2 FOR 1 page (the ‘Venues’).
  • Please visit the Eurostar 2 FOR 1 page to find more information on how to book for each Venue.
  • Some Venues offer the possibility to book your entry ticket online by using a dedicated code at checkout on the Venue’s website. The 2 FOR 1 discount will then be automatically applied.
  • If you have booked your entry ticket to the Venue online, you will still need to present your Valid Eurostar Ticket at the Venue’s ticket desk or welcome desk on arrival at the Venue. At the Tate Britain and Tate Modern please present your Valid Eurostar Ticket and exhibition ticket at the exhibition entrance.
  • You will be required to provide appropriate personal identification upon demand including proof of your usual country of residence.
  • The Offer is only available on full priced tickets available at your chosen Venue and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or concessions tickets.
  • The Offer covers permanent exhibitions and temporary collections. The Offer excludes live talks, events, concerts, and screenings.
  • The Offer is valid for five (5) days from the date of outbound travel as stated on your outbound Valid Eurostar Ticket, subject to compliance with the conditions relating to your place of residence. For the avoidance of doubt, the day of travel is included in the 5-day period.
  • You may only use this Offer once per Venue, per Eurostar journey.
  • The Design Museum offers the possibility for Eurostar passengers and staff members to redeem the Offer twice on two separate exhibitions, where these exhibitions are running at the same time. Eurostar passengers and staff members may use the same Offer code twice when redeeming the Offer online (for separate exhibitions only) or visit the Design Museum ticket office for more information.
  • No refunds or exchanges are available and this Offer is not valid for resale or transfer. This Offer is subject to availability at all times.
  • For the Tate Britain and Tate Modern, the Offer shall be available to 3,000 Eurostar passengers per month and shall be available on a first come first served basis.
  • For the V&A, the Offer shall be available to 1,500 Eurostar passengers per month and shall be available on a first come first served basis. Eurostar passengers will not be able to redeem the Offer within the first four (4) weeks following the opening of a temporary exhibition, or within the four (4) weeks prior to the closing of a temporary exhibition.
  • During busy periods you may be asked to return to the Venue at an allocated time slot as determined by the relevant Venue in its absolute discretion.
  • For the Science Museum, the Offer is valid on selected exhibitions and galleries and is redeemable on the Venue’s website and in person at the Venue’s ticket office. To redeem the Offer online, follow the booking link(s) provided under the Science Museum section of the Eurostar 2 FOR 1 page. The promotional code will be added automatically, and the discount will show once the tickets are added to the basket. To redeem the Offer in person please visit the Venue’s ticket office. A member of staff will request to see a Valid Eurostar Ticket before entry is permitted. To redeem the Offer in person please visit the Venue’s ticket office.   • For the Royal Academy of Arts, the Offer is valid in person only for the following exhibitions. Please be aware that the offer will not be valid during the final 14 days of any relevant exhibition.
  • For the British Museum, Eurostar passengers will not be able to redeem the Offer within the first two (2) weeks following the opening of a temporary exhibition, or within the two (2) weeks prior to
    the closing of a temporary exhibition
  • Each Venue reserves the right to amend or make any alterations to the published details of any event or exhibition as shall become necessary from time to time.
  • The Venues reserve the right to refuse admission in their absolute discretion.
  • No photography is permitted within any Venue.
  • Neither a Valid Eurostar Ticket nor a Eurostar staff pass shall entitle the holder and their companion to any priority or fast-track entry.
  • Insofar as is permitted by law, Eurostar will not in any circumstances be responsible for or accept any liability for any loss or damage incurred as a result of taking advantage of the Offer, except where such loss or damage is caused as a direct result of negligence by Eurostar. Your statutory rights are not affected.
  • If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, Eurostar may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude you from taking advantage of the Offer.
  • Eurostar reserves the right to suspend, cancel, or amend the Offer where it becomes necessary to do so.
  • These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law.
