Ticket discounts

Get a 50% discount on fares up to 7 days before departure based on the highest priced tickets in your travel class. Or a 30% discount if you book nearer the time.

You can get discounts on tickets (opens a PDF) in any travel class.

Use this table (opens a PDF) to work out how many trips it’ll take before your subscription pass has paid for itself.

Destinations

You can use your subscription pass for any trips between Belgium, France, the Netherlands, and Germany.

Unfortunately, you can’t use your subscription pass on seasonal routes, domestic trips, offers on connections, or trains to and from London.


Flexible tickets

You can exchange your ticket as many times as you like up until an hour after your train’s due to depart. You’ll need to pay any difference in fare.

You can also travel on the train before or after the one you’re booked to travel on (subject to availability*).

Refunds

You can also get a refund on tickets up to a day after you were due to travel.

If you booked directly through Eurostar, you can get a refund from us, or from the third party person or company you bought the ticket from.

Premium pass details

Ticket price

You’ll pay a fixed fare of €33 every time you travel in Eurostar Premier. That means your pass will have paid for itself by the time you’ve made 28 return trips for an annual pass or 18 return trips for a six-monthly pass.

Ticket prices are for Eurostar Premier, but you’ll be offered a ticket at the same price in Eurostar Standard or Eurostar Plus if there are no Eurostar Premier seats available.

Destinations

You can use your subscription pass for any trips between Belgium and Paris.

Flexible travel

You can exchange your ticket as many times as you like up until an hour after your train’s due to depart.

You can also travel on any train on the same route throughout the day you’re due to travel (subject to availability*).

Refunds

You can also get a refund on tickets up to a day after you were due to travel.

You can get a refund from us if you booked directly, or from the third party person or company you bought the ticket from.

Automatically gain Étoile status in our reward programme, Club Eurostar. And enjoy all the brilliant benefits that come with it.

*Travel must be on the same day and in the same direction. There is no guarantee of a seat, or a meal service in Eurostar Premier.
