Status update

Due to an accident involving two trains on the German network, Eurostar Trains will either be cancelled or will run from / to Cologne and not further. Trains that will be allowed to run in Germany will have to take a different line between Cologne and Aachen this weekend, resulting in delays of about 60 minutes. Please note that we might have to make last-minute changes to our timetable if the situation changes. If you travel and your train is delayed by 60 minutes or more, you will be able to claim compensation. If you prefer to cancel or postpone your trip, you can choose one of the following options:
