Eurostar and Thalys have joined forces under the Eurostar name

Thalys is now Eurostar

Looking for Thalys.com? You’re in the right place: Thalys is now Eurostar. And that means easier connections between France, Belgium, the Netherlands, Germany, and the UK.

Our name has changed, but our high-speed trains and warm, welcoming service haven’t.

Any tickets you booked at Thalys.com will still be valid, and your train times will stay the same. And there are plenty of new and exciting benefits in store for you.

What’s changing now that Thalys has become Eurostar?

What changes

Eurostar for everyone: all trains now carry the Eurostar name and new logo.

A single website and mobile app: all bookings and information about your journey, our services and our destinations can be found on eurostar.com as well as on the Eurostar app.

More travel opportunities: London and Lille are now part of our network.

The trains’ colours: trains serving London are blue, while those serving France, Belgium, the Netherlands, and Germany remain red.

A new-look joint reward programme: My Thalys World has become Club Eurostar.

Our bar has a new name: the Welcome Bar is now called Eurostar Café.

Thalys Neige and Thalys Soleil trains: we still run seasonal services from Belgium and the Netherlands to ski destinations and the south of France, but under the names Eurostar Snow and Eurostar Sun.

Thalys Corporate Fares: great corporate fares are still available with even more opportunities for smooth business trips.

The Thalysnet on-board portal: this has been renamed Eurostar Onboard which you can connect to using wi-fi during your journey.

What stays the same

While lots is certainly changing, rest assured that all the important things are staying the same:

  • The warm, friendly service at our stations and on board;
  • Standard, Comfort and Premium travel classes;
