When you’ve booked, you’ll get two tickets. One will be for your Eurostar train and one will be for your TGV Lyria train.

If you miss your connecting high-speed train because your first train is delayed, HOTNAT (Hop On The Next Available Train) lets you catch the next available train leaving the same station at no extra cost. Please go to our Connections page to learn more about HOTNAT.
We'll pay compensation for disruption on the Eurostar leg of your journey, according to our compensation policy.
If you want to claim compensation for the connecting TGV Lyria leg of journey, please contact them directly.
Because this trip includes travel on separate Eurostar and TGV Lyria trains, you’ll need to arrange any assistance you may need (including a ramp) for each part of your journey. Please do this :
- once you’ve booked your ticket
- And at least 24 hours before departure.
Please also be aware that:
- Eurostar and TGV Lyria trains run to and from different stations in Paris. Assistance cannot be provided for travel between the two stations.
- SBB (Swiss Federal Railways) does not provide luggage assistance or assistance for pregnant women or families.

You don't need to print out your ticket. However, you must have a valid ticket with you (either printed out or a mobile e-ticket) to travel.
If your connecting ticket is in TGV Lyria BUSINESS 1ÈRE class you will have a meal served. There is no BUSINESS 1ÈRE on Saturdays and Sunday mornings.

Group bookings (of 10 or more people) are not possible for connections, but you can book up to 9 passengers for your journey.
